David Lee’s professional career began in 1978 with a degree in Civil Engineering from Sydney University. He has had many project and construction management roles in Australia, Papua New Guinea and Kuala Lumpur. David has extensive experience in a range of sectors including resources, commercial and defence shipbuilding, building and building services and public infrastructure including water, communication, power generation and distribution and rail transport. David has strong contracting knowledge and a history of diversity. He brings this wealth of experience and expertise to Pacific Services Group (PSG) as Chief Executive Officer.
His is a strategic role at PSG. David says “Having been in the area of contracting and service providing for more than 30 years you develop great insight into where a company has been and where it can go, what needs to change and what must be valued and preserved.”
He is passionate about people and is developing a strong leadership team at PSG in order to focus on long-term success and growth.
Anthony O’Shannessy has over 20 year’s international experience in the accounting profession. He commenced his career as a graduate, specialising in taxation in a chartered accounting firm in Melbourne. After which he joined ABB, a global engineering organisation where he held a number of senior finance roles in Australia and Europe before joining Tyco as the Divisional Finance Manager for the Electrical and Mechanical Division.
In 2004 he was part of the acquisition of Tyco’s Electrical and Mechanical Divisions by Norfolk Group, a GSJBW private equity company. Norfolk Group is an integrated engineering provider whose brands include O’Donnell Griffin, Haden Engineering and Resolve FM. After the acquisition Anthony became the Finance Director for the Australian operations of the group.
In 2007 he became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was heavily involved in the successful IPO of the group in the same year. In the role he was responsible for the groups financial and management reporting, treasury, taxation, information and technology systems and dealt with investor relations. During the period as CFO he was responsible for an equity raising and debt refinancing, both which occurred during the GFC. Norfolk Group Limited employed over 3,500 employees and had turnover of in excess of A$900 million with operations in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
Anthony joined PSG in May 2011 and brings with him his wealth of knowledge in operations and corporate financing. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting).
