Founded in 1987, the company’s mission was to become the most highly respected and quality driven company in Queensland. The first project was the Bond University Building FO1.
With particular expertise in large scale infrastructure, we have completed landmark developments in tourism, correctional and healthcare facilities, waste water treatment and many other projects for both public and?private clients.

In 2006, Richard Flanagan and Company joined Pacific Services Group Pty Ltd (PSG) in order to benefit from the strength of a national group. This move better allows the company to take advantage of the rapidly expanding Queensland market.
The successful outcome of partnering projects has also paved the way for PSG Queensland to enter into alliance contracts to deliver essential infrastructure for Southeast Queensland.
